Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Return Window Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by submitting a request through your customer account at: https://shopify.com/99741106465/account

Returning Your Item Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be in the same condition as received — unassembled, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Cancellations If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly through your customer account at: https://shopify.com/99741106465/account

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs for furniture items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will refund your payment within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard outbound shipping cost. If you selected a premium shipping option, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order items produced to your specifications.
